# Terms of Service

## Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Saju Eight service (the "Service") operated by Ohra ("the Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

## Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" means the AI-powered Four Pillars (Saju) fortune analysis and report service provided by the Company.
2. "User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. "Report" means the fortune analysis output generated by AI based on information the user provides, such as date of birth.

## Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
2. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary; amended Terms take effect 7 days after notice.

## Article 4 (Use of the Service)
1. The Service is available after sign-up; some free features are also available to non-members.
2. Paid reports can be viewed immediately after payment is completed, and purchased reports remain accessible again anytime from My Page.

## Article 5 (Payment and Refunds)
1. Payment for paid services is made through payment methods designated by the Company, such as Toss Payments.
2. Because reports are generated by AI, refunds are not available once a report has been generated and viewed.
3. However, a full refund will be issued if a report is not properly delivered due to a service error or technical issue.

## Article 6 (User Obligations)
1. Users must not impersonate others or enter false information.
2. Users must not reproduce, distribute, or sell reports generated through the Service without authorization.
3. Users must not engage in conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Service.

## Article 7 (Restriction and Suspension of Service)
1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for reasons such as system maintenance or technical failure.
2. The Company may restrict a user's access to the Service if the user violates these Terms.

## Article 8 (Disclaimer)
1. The fortune reports provided by the Saju Eight service are AI-generated reference material and do not constitute absolute prophecy or professional advice.
2. Users are solely responsible for any judgments or actions taken based on the content of a report.
3. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or server failures.

## Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Effective Date: These Terms are effective as of June 1, 2026.
